The LIKE procedure is a fully reversible procedure for treatment of advanced keratoconus. A stromal pocket is created in the patient’s cornea and a customized pre-prepared LIKE lenticule from human donor tissue with bowman’s layer is inserted into the pocket. As an additional optional step, corneal crosslinking can be performed on the patient’s cornea and its inserted lenticule.Download Brochure

Each lenticule is unique. You can customize it for the patient and ultimately create different amounts of flattening and correction of myopia, leading to much better unaided visual acuity for keratoconus patients.
